Request an invitation

There is no application form and no account to create. You send one email to a person, and a person reads it. If your category is open and the fit looks right, we will set up a conversation within a week.

What to send

Put this in the email

It is not a form because it is not a filter. Every one of these comes up in the conversation anyway — sending them first just gets you a week ahead.

  1. 01Your name, company, and the industry seat you are asking about.
  2. 02Your direct phone and email - the ones you would publish on your seat.
  3. 03How long the company has been operating under current ownership.
  4. 04Two client references we may actually call.
  5. 05Anyone already at the table who knows your work, if there is one.
  6. 06One sentence on the last engagement that went badly, and what you did about it.

What happens next

The process, honestly

  1. We reply either way

Within five business days, including when the answer is no. A no comes with the reason, and whether it is permanent or a "not while that seat is held".

  2. A conversation, not a pitch

Forty-five minutes, usually a video call. We are trying to work out whether the rest of the table would be comfortable putting their name on yours.

  3. References and verification

We call the references. We check licensing and insurance where the category requires it. This part is not a formality and it is where most applications end.

  4. A visit to a meeting

You attend once as a guest and the members meet you. Any member can raise a concern, and a serious one stops the process.

  5. The seat is offered

Terms, dues, and start date are agreed, your profile goes up in the directory with your direct contact details, and the category closes behind you.
